Booking & Entry

• Entry to the event is free, but a ticket booking is required for crowd control and capacity management.
• One ticket admits one person. Each attendee must register separately.
• Please arrive within your booked time slot. Entry outside of your slot may not be guaranteed if the store is at capacity.
• BoardroomTech will provide physical bags at check-in. Personal bags cannot be used for the promotion.

Bag Sizes are Aprox Large is 60L £145 or Small 30L £80

How the Offer Works

• Each participant can purchase one Fill Your Bag offer per day for £145 or a small bag for only £80.
• You may fill your provided bag with any eligible items from the Fill Your Bag Zone only.
• Items must fit fully inside the bag, and the bag must close (handles must be able to tie closed by staff).
• Items outside the bag, or not fully enclosed, will not be included in the offer.
• All sales are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges on Fill Your Bag purchases.
• Staff reserves the right to verify and approve the contents of each bag at checkout.

Bonus for the First 20 Customers is "Hot Wax" Promotion

• The first 20 attendees through the door each day who purchase a Fill Your Bag offer will receive a free hot wax service provided by Snowboard Guru.
• You will be given a voucher when you have purchased your "Fill Your Bag".
• The hot wax must be redeemed by the 31st Dec 2025.
• This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

General Terms

• Offers are available while stock lasts — no rain checks or reservations.
• BoardroomTech reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time.
• Please respect staff directions and fellow customers for everyone’s safety.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use; attendance implies consent to appear in these materials.
